Taizhou Qiangshang Towers

The building configuration respects the symmetrical requirement prescribed in the city’s urban plan.  Two 100-meter office towers flank the southwestern and southeastern site corners, their inner side-core floor configurations maximizing and orienting views outward.  A series of atria and exterior terraces animate the tower’s inner facades that look down at a central garden below.

A terracotta louver clad podium unites the two towers, providing additional commercial office, retail, and co-working space on site.  A series of terraced balconies define the project’s garden core, affording tenants additional exterior amenity space.
